Why are Agencies loosing thier stars to In-House?

PR is one of the most desired areas for University graduates from media studies to English Lit to Film to any good degree. Most choose an agency to cut their teeth on. Then many realise they have to work pretty hard, multi-task, work late, perhaps at the Client's whim, pitch and create on an ongoing bases. So they opt to go in-house, to work for one client.

What they miss is the excitement, the variation , the chance to make a difference, to learn so much at every level, from AE to Associate level, to create their own work, to have their own voice.

I am so lucky I get to meet these stars, and provide them with the food of their ambitions. What are your preferences. In-house or Agency??
