• To support the business with relevant financial data and information
• Providing analytical support for strategic decision making
• To provide relevant data insight and analysis to support the business
• Knowledge of Forecasting/Budgeting and reporting
• Have a challenging attitude to drive best practice and add maximum value in a Business Partnering role
• Reporting and presentation skills for communicating to key stakeholders
Specific Areas of Work:
• Preparation of weekly sales reports
• Preparation of periodic and quarterly reports on business unit and partner performance
• Provide information and reports on an ad hoc basis to business unit heads and the field teams
• Involvement as part of the team in respect of business unit and partner performance
• Deal with Partner queries as they arise
• Provide financial analysis relevant to recruiting new Partners
Preferable Experience:

• Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc.)
• Experience within Wholesale, Retail or FMCG sector
• Knowledge/Experience of reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Exposure to Sales and Margin reporting

• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Cognos desirable
• High degree of self-motivation, self-discipline and enthusiasm to succeed

• Analytical, uses a logical, systematic approach to problem solving
• Adaptable and flexible, working with the wider business to find solutions to business problems and exploring opportunities
• Excellent communication skills - confident and articulate communicator liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• A good relationship builder with excellent attention to detail who can keep to tight deadlines
• Ability to work pro-actively, be results oriented, self-driven and to work independently
• Will be confident handling large amounts of data
